The Secratariat of Transportation (SCT) made the announcement yesterday that the border would be opened today to American carriers who have applied for permission to operate in Mexico.

A set of rules and regulations governing the American carriers has been established which mirror the rules and regs established by FMCSA for the Mexican carriers.

And of course,
the opposition continues to whine and throw tantrums promising to fight it tooth and nail. You’d think they would see the writing on the walls. But I guess when you can use your membership funds to fund politicians PAC’s, who are sympathetic to your cause in direct proportion to your genrosity, then I guess you might still have a chance.
