		<description>I wouldn&#039;t get too excited about any perceived freight recovery.  We&#039;re going through a major adjustment.  People have been shocked by inflation across the board, not to mention a real contraction in the economy.  And, I don&#039;t much care what Larry Kudlow says. 

For the High, Wide and Heavy platform stuff, the market seems very confused.  Carriers don&#039;t know what to charge, shippers feel they are being gouged, and 3pl players are often insulting with their &quot;offered &quot; rate.

This is one driver that ain&#039;t making many new friends.  I may have alienated some &quot;friends&quot;, by requiring an extreme rate, to go to California.
