Life on the Road – Trucking News Blog

You all sure have been quiet. I hope that you haven’t been sick like me! I have had the worst bout of pneumonia combine with strep throat in my life. And I have to tell you that I was travelling from Maryland with the family when it hit. Drivers – you have my high praise for being able to handle illness on the road. As always, my utmost respect!

At any rate, this little article is not about me being sick (still *cough cough*), but rather about something I am going to be trying over the next month or so. I know a lot of people say that we do not have the power to change things, but we still have the power to voice our opinions on things right? So why not do a few little polls to see what exactly it is YOU are thinking or feeling right now?

The first poll will probably just be a general one based on what you all like in a truck. Simple place to start right? One might like a big engine while another might like more of a comfort of home (huge bunk), or even color may be something to think about as well.

I am open to suggestions on what you would like to see as far as polls are concerned. Of course the results will be posted. I would like to see the turn around time of about a week or so in order to keep things hopping and not boring.

So let’s shake the blog up a little bit, voice your opinion, share the poll links with others, let them know we are out here. You never know who may see the results, where they may end up, and maybe, just maybe we can see if we can change things a bit in the transportation world!!
