		<description>Good stuff Everitt - I can agree on your counter arguments to all points and unfortunately that&#039;s a real shame.  Especially - touching on #1, from my personal experiences you&#039;re dead-on accurate as to why noone wants standardization.  I had a chat with a public official a few years ago about why their length limit was different than their 4 bordering states who all shared the same one - and he told me that if they got too efficient they wouldn&#039;t have anything to check on.  What a mess. :) Take care everyone.</description>
