		<description>Great stuff Wayne, for drivers it is just awfully hard sometimes to find the time or even mental commitment to do these things when you&#039;re coming off a haul and can barely even see straight - but it&#039;s one of the most important things drivers can do for themselves.  A firm I used to work for was a big advocate of healthy lifestyles and actually gave us incentives (this was in better times, mind you :) to workout, eat healthy, and even control &#039;stress management&#039; (never did quite figure out that one) - which usually occurred in the form of PTO.  Again, thanks for the post and I wish these types of topics got more coverage on our outlets.</description>
