A new web TV program from International Trucks is a truckers version of a game show that hands out cash with each correct answer,  it’s like a Cash Cab for Truckers but in the truck stop. MaxxForce TV goes to truck stops, (the first one looks like the Flying J in Frazier Park, CA near Grapevine Pass) chooses a driver and gives him a chance to win some cash.

Truckers are chosen to answer questions about the new MaxxForce engine and the new SCR technology. If the question is too hard for the driver he can call a “Rest Stop” which stops the clock and they take out two of the four answers to better the odds.

The last question is a wager of the trucker’s winnings, so the driver can walk away with nothing, double of what he has won so far or anything in between depending on what he has wagered. I was expecting something cheesy, but this is done very well and it’s not only informative about the MaxxForce engine but also about SCR technology and some of the new EPA 2010 rules.
